Q: How long does merch take to ship?
A: As much as we would LOVE to offer you all a quick 2-3 day turnaround, like all good things - it will take time! Expect to wait roughly 3-4 weeks. It will be worth it, we promise! More details:
- Domestic (USA) orders arrive 7-14 business days from the date the Campaign ends, not from the date of purchase. For example, if you ordered on 1/1 and the Campaign ends on 1/10, your order is guaranteed to arrive between 1/22 - 1/31. Specific date ranges will be provided in a confirmation email once an order is complete.
- Delivery time for international (Non USA) orders can vary depending on the location. Typically, these arrive between 12-24 business days after the Campaign ends.

Canada: 14-20 business days

Q: What is the material you use? Is it sustainable?
A: The t-shirts are 100% cotton. We would have preferred a more eco-line, it’s just not available right now due to Covid. We will offer options to the more sustainable fabric option soon!
Q: Can I order two shirts at once?
A: Yes, however, if a purchase is made that includes multiple designs, the orders will not be shipped together as they are being printed and processed separately. They will also produce separate receipts and order numbers. This means that buying multiple shirts will result in multiple shipments with their own shipping charges and delivery dates.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?

Q: I didn’t receive a confirmation email
A: If you didn’t receive an order confirmation email, check your Spam/Junk folder and search for “Bonfire”. To prevent your email provider from blocking our emails in the future, you’ll need to “whitelist” Bonfire. If all else fails, send us a message on our Contact page.

Q: Do your shirts contain plastics?
A: No! They are 100% cotton free from plastics, meaning no more plastics in our oceeans
